PROXY PRINTING BUYER’S AGREEMENT
By placing an order with Noodle Empire Entertainment (“the Company”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. Our service provides custom printing of playtest tools, not official or licensed trading cards.
1. Service Nature & List Submissions
-
Noodle Empire Entertainment acts solely as a printing service provider. All artwork and designs are supplied or approved by the Buyer.
-
We recommend everyone create a list using Moxfield and send us the link to their created list. If you are unable to submit the link through the online checkout process, please email boardsandnoodles@noodleempire.com after placing your order with your order confirmation and the card list. Without the card list, we will be unable to print and send your order.
-
The Company does not claim ownership or rights to any third-party intellectual property featured on printed materials.
2. Printing & Ordering Policies
-
Quantity Limits: If the card list submitted contains more cards than the total quantity ordered, we will only print up to the exact number of cards paid for in the order.
-
Artwork Versioning: If a specific card variation or print set is not specified in your list, we will default to printing the basic art version of the card.
-
Order Preparation: Price listed is per card. We do not accept refunds or order cancellations once the order has been prepared.
3. Proxies Are Playtest Tools
-
All printed cards are intended for personal, private, or educational use only.
-
They are not replacements for genuine, licensed cards, and are not to be sold, marketed, or used as authentic Magic: The Gathering products or in sanctioned events.
4. Print Quality & Variance
-
Due to the custom, on-demand nature of the printing process, variations may occur.
-
Card stock, finish, and color vibrancy may differ from official cards.
-
The feel, weight, and reflectivity will not perfectly match genuine Magic: The Gathering cards.
-
By ordering, you accept these are non-official playtest proxies, produced to the best of our ability, but small quality variances or printing mistakes may occur. We recommend using opaque sleeves to ensure uniformity, protect your playtest proxies, and avoid peeling.
-
The Buyer understands and accepts that quality and texture may vary between batches or materials.
5. Intellectual Property
-
All trademarks, characters, and artwork remain the property of their respective owners.
-
The Buyer confirms they have appropriate permission to use any submitted materials.
