Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items.

Apparel (Clothing)

• Returns Accepted: We accept returns and exchanges on apparel.

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition received, with all original tags attached.

• Process: To initiate a return, you must contact us first at official@noodleempire.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA will be refused.

Trading Card Game (TCG) Products

• FINAL SALE: All sealed Trading Card Game products (e.g., booster packs, boxes, decks, tins) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

• Reasoning: Due to the collectible nature and potential for tampering, we cannot accept returns once these items have been shipped.

• Exception: If a TCG product arrives damaged from shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Shipping Costs & Refunds

• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

• Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
